The secret ingredient is always love.

Since the tender age of 7, Razan has been a maelstrom in the kitchen. Barely able to see above the counter, she began her obsession with baking magical desserts that make your mouth water and your heart melt.

In 2019, Razan started Delicatesse, an ode to the baking she fell in love with as a child. Wanting to get back to her roots, each dessert is made with patience that would make a Buddhist monk jealous, and care that only a mother could know. In her own words, “ Delicatesse, is home. It’s the simple comforts that we get when we’re young. It’s a hug from a parent on the first day of school, but in the form of a cupcake.”
